Amy Hardin joined Insights Learning & Development to serve as their DFW accounts manager. She provides Fortune 1000 companies in DFW with access to transformational learning solutions, delivered by their worldwide team of exceptional and inspirational instructors helping clients improve their effectiveness in five key areas: individuals, teams, organizations, sales and leadership. With its global headquarters located in Dundee, Scotland, Insights is a global learning and development company working in partnership with leading organizations around the world.
Prior to her accepting this position, Hardin founded SmallByte Workshops. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Mathematics and earned her MBA in Human Resources from the University of Dallas. Hardin spent her corporate career in management in the telecommunications industry and has had considerable experience managing and leading teams, developing employees and administering HR functions. Her management experience has given her a hands-on view of the issues facing today's corporations, especially through times of rapid change. She also has over 20 years experience training corporate managers.
Hardin has been an active member of the American Society for Training and Development since 1993 and has served two terms on the ASTD Leadership Board. Ms. Hardin is a member of the North Dallas and Frisco Chambers of Commerce and serves on the Advisory Board of the Frisco Association for the Arts. She is a native Texan and lives with her husband, Andy, in Frisco, Texas.
