High performance teams are rare. This workshop identifies the five key roles in innovative team performance: Creator, Advancer, Refiner, Executor and Facilitator. The workshop introduces a process to map the flow of assigning roles, completing tasks, and handing off tasks to other team members. Using the five roles moves teams forward quickly and minimizes team stalling. Also included is an interactive assessment, The Team Dimension Report, to identify each participant’s natural role in the innovation process.
