This workshop is designed for teens in grades 9-12 interested in developing leadership skills that prepare them for the challenges of high school and beyond. Highly interactive activities focus on developing competence in communication, team building, and presentation skills essential to leadership. Confidence-building exercises that help budding young leaders become aware of their uniqueness and special leadership qualities frame expected outcomes for the class. Sessions for Grades 11 and 12 will include emphasis on developing leadership skills for college and first time earner settings.
