Answering the wrong question costs money. Many people jump to solutions to problems too quickly. Without first finding the real problem, you can spend plenty of money solving the wrong problem. This workshop offers a Problem Solving ProcessTM that takes the guesswork out of clearly and succinctly stating what problem is in need of solving. The process helps to eliminate the “situational noise” that may surround a number of problems, identifies gaps in what is expected from what is occurring, and offers a way to focus the right solution set on the right problem at the right time.
