This workshop provides valuable feedback on the stressors affecting our lives and our natural coping skills related to them in four interconnected areas: Personal, Work, Couple and Family. The relationship of coping resources and how one area can be used to decrease stress in another are explored. You will receive a Coping and Stress Profile Report®, a self-scoring learning instrument that provides your own personal approach to coping with stress.
